Take a look at the back of the drink your sipping. Or the snack your munching on. Are you familiar with any of those ingredients? You probably would've never read the label if I didn't say anything. I do the same thing because who has time to read the label of what your eating right?
Matter of fact is there anything wrong with you? Do you feel the same after eating a meal of processed food? Maybe. Maybe you don't know because your not a physician or doctor. You eat it, the person next to you eat it and they look "normal" so maybe your "normal" too. Well the good news is yes both of you are perfectly normal. Bad news is you both just ate a bunch of toxins which stays in your body and builds up to a point where your immune and other systems (digestive, etc..) are suppressed. On top of that, one of you may have a disease slowly growing but everything seems "normal"

At some point in time I think everyone believes they need to eat healthier. But when does this happen? Who knows?
